The restaurant always greets you warmly and the service is top-notch - attentive and polite without being overbearing. The food is consistently delicious.

Barbaresco is a traditional Italian restaurant in the neighborhood known for its great food and exceptional service. They expertly cook fish dishes, such as the delicious swordfish that I tried. The tomato and onion salad with the perfect dressing and the pasta cacio e pepe were also very good. They offer a nice selection of wines. The restaurant has a small bar area that is a nice place to wait if needed. Overall, we absolutely love this restaurant!

This place never disappoints! We had the best meal yet during our visit, and we come here often. The pear and truffled cheese starter was tasty and light, the pansotti with walnut cream sauce was rich and delicious, and the chicken in light Gorgonzola sauce was incredibly satisfying. Our favorite waiter was serving us, and the atmosphere was inviting. We absolutely adore this restaurant!

One of our party was not very hungry and ordered only the tomato soup. We asked that they serve the soup along with the main courses for the rest of our party. Instead they served all starters and main dishes at the same time, so hot dishes sat on table and were cold after we first ate the starters. Food was average at best. We got the feeling they just wanted to move us out fast because we didn’t order everything they expected so they could free up the table.

Average food. Solid, but not outstanding. Super tight space, you literally rub shoulders with people sitting next to you. Once sitted, no room for anyone, including waiters, to pass through between tables and everyone had to make run arounds. Ok for one time gig, but won’t be a frequent guest for sure.
