Chopsticks Sushi Bbq - New Windsor

The sushi and sashimi are always fresh and delicious. I ordered the soft shell crab appetizer and was sorely disappointed... I don't see how 4 small pieces of a chopped crab can cost $12!!! I know things are expensive now, but come on! That's $3 a bite!

The chopstick special was incredible especially when added with cream cheese and spicy Mayo. I wasn't to fond of the lobster roll but it wasn't a terrible choice just something my taste buds didn't enjoy.

Although the food is good, if you are ordering to West Point please be aware you will be waiting 2 hours for your food even if you tip well.

Food was good but Soft Shell Crab not worth the money. I was charged $11 for 4 bites of crab in a shell.

The food is always great... when you actually get it that is. I love the food and I keep trying to give them another chance at getting my order right, however, staff don't seem to care whether the order is right or if all items are actually IN the order. Several times I have received incomplete orders, missing items, wrong size of items, and when we call to let them know, they offer to give you the missing items... IF you come pick them up. Kind of defeats the purpose of using Doordash... continued issue for me... at least 9/10 of my past orders have been incomplete. Great food... horrible service. Giving it 2 stars simply because the food I do eventually get is great. Not worth the frustration. #hangrycustomer
