Bidrage med feedbackI used to love coming here for food and their daily special but how they are permanently closed. The place is called Sushi Farm now. Different owner now.
We finally tried Sushi Paradise today for lunch. I must say we were pleasantly surprised at how fresh and good the sushi was. The salmon bc roll was very good. My husband had Udon Tempora. He wasn't that happy with the tempura as it was not deep fried, it was oven baked but it was o.k The UDon broth was very good. Yes I would recommend this little sushi place.
This place basically does sushi only and does it well. very authentic as its run by a very small staff and Japanese. They prepare fresh rolls and nigiri sushi and have daily specials. They take cash or debit only to save on credit card costs. They are primarily a take out place and have few very seats and tables
We have been coming here for both sushi take-out and dine-in since living in New West (2008). It is in a hard to find location with out of the way parking, but the food, service and prices are out of sight! I really like the Deluxe Chirashi Sushi bowl, and my daughter likes the Udon and Ramen bowls. The pressed mackerel sushi is really good too. The staff are friendly, and efficient. I encourage you to try this place!
Having lived in Japan for over 6 years and with my Japanese wife always trying to find somewhere that serves decent sushi we are very pleased to have Sushi Paradise in New West. The fish is of a good quality, they don't try to over do any of the menu items and the service is good if you order for pick up or eat in.It is nice to find a Japanese restaurant that is run by Japanese, no offence to others that are running Japanese restaurants but culturally I do think not all things can be easily taught, right done to the respect for the preperation and the service.A great stop for a picnic pickup in the summer.
