Snowy Village New Westminster Stn.

I've come here before, no complaints.This time, customer service was terrible, not revisiting again. I don't know why I was treated so shamefully. Everything was fine until I asked them to pack an item I could not finish. I was made to get up, take the tray, wait in front, still with my tray and the staff got me a cup, put it on my tray and left. I mean.. it was embarrassing, I don't work here.. anyways, filled the cup up with my leftover and left. I felt a sense of unwantedness and felt disregarded.

This is located right within the complex of New Westminster Station. We ordered the green tea bingsoo, and it took approximately 10 mins to make. The presentation was very nice with bingsoo, matcha powder, matcha cakes, and Korean sticky rice cakes all in a mix. The bingsoo inside had additional sticky rice cakes. It was delicious and filling and great to have in a hot day.

We were lucky to have walked in on a nice and surprisingly quiet afternoon. The place was clean and well lit. We enjoyed the mango bingsoo and a selection of the other bites. I'd definitely recommend especially as the weather takes a turn.

Polite service and perfect Korean style shaved ice. Not very sweet, milky taste and huge portion with amazing price. Recommend

Nice, clean, and well decorated place. Servers are very nice and fast even when this place is full of customersTaiyaki is a must try, crunchy outside, and soft inside. The fillings are not too sweet.
