Colt's Pig Stand - New Smyrna Beach

I don?t leave reviews at all. However, I felt the need to do one for Colts NSB. Very cool place, fantastic atmosphere, servers are friendly and personable. I ordered the brisket, turkey, and sausage, and everything came out great, but the brisket stolethe show. I recommend the brisket for those that haven?t tried it and ask for the more marbled slices. Juicy, tender, anddelicious. I even took some home to share with my wife to get her hyped up on this place just so we can go back!

I was excited to try this new BBQ place in town so I ordered online for pick up. I ordered the Grizzly burger because who doesn't love their meat topped with more meat? I ordered my burger medium rare which should have a warm pink center...mine wasalmost raw with just a slight sear on it. I also ordered the Mac and cheese as my side expecting it to be homemade, but it wasovercooked and bland and tasted like it came right from a can. Very disappointed and probably won't return, which is too badbecause I love to support local businesses. Maybe it was just an off night?

What a great place! We were greeted immediately by a smiling, friendly hostess. Our server was polite and knew the menu well. There were several specials being offered as well as the regular menu. Our meal arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious.We also had the fried pickles and Mac and cheese which were not up to the same standard as the other food we ordered. Colt's isa very clean, well decorated, fun restaurant with a full service bar that is well worth checking out.

Well, trying out the New Symrna Colt?s. They opened earlier this year. I got the Rib combo which came with Baby Backs and St. Louis style. Also got had the Texas Toast, Cole Slaw, and baked Beans. Baby backs were a little dry this time. Cole Slaw andBaked beans where yummy. St Louise ribs were tender and juicy. Only have about four beers on tap, but one is yummy. TheSunshine Greetings from Central 28 is mild and yummy. They do have some cans /bottles if you like those. Tap is served in achilled glass which is important for me. I will return to this location for sure.

I?m sitting here finishing one of the best bbq brisket sandwiches I?ve ever had. Home made coleslaw and iced tea. Wowza! The manager, didn?t get his name, is amazing. Go there now!
