Pegs Firehouse Cafe - New Rochelle

I remember this cafe from when I used to work in the area. It was a terrible experience. The cashier was extremely rude, showing no respect and only being kind to certain people. Additionally, the food was overpriced. I would not recommend this cafe to anyone. It would be better to go to a different cafe down the street or to the supermarket than to deal with this establishment.

The restaurant did not notify us after taking our order that the grill was closed. We had to go to the restaurant ourselves to find out that there was no lunch being served. When we tried to order some chips, we were informed that the register was closed. Perhaps the building management should consider finding a larger company to run a better café.

Great Mozzarella sticks, and the chicken cutlet sandwich is very delicious! Worth it if your visiting the building, and know to take the elevator to its secret little hideout downstairs! Neat find :

I have been frequenting this deli in our office building for a while now, but only out of necessity. The prices are extremely high for a small deli in a large building. Not only are the items already expensive, but they also tack on a tax. The quality of the food is decent, but the prices can vary depending on the day and who is working at the register. We once remarked on the high price of a granola bar, to which we were told we could find it for less at the supermarket across the street.
