Dunkin' - New Rochelle

Great coffee, good place, the girls making the food were moody and seemed like they didn 't want to be there, well what to do expect from millenials these days, oh I know, entitlement that 's it!

The staff aisha is horrible she was taking her time talking on the phone didn?t take our order until she was done took my order wrong . the store was empty . she could?ve asked the other staff to take care of us instead of wasting all that timetalking on the phone.

Ordered coffee with almond milk plus unsweetened flavor. Start walking away while sipping it and it 's very sweet. I walk up to counter and say it 's sweetened. No it isn 't the guy who made it said. I said it is and must be artificial sweetener. Guy toldme not to worry about it . I asked for a new one with just milk. Lady at register gave me a face like I was a Karen. They bothwere annoyed. Made me new one with just milk. When outside, new coffee was sweet, (but not as), apparently because almond milkwas also sweetened. I didn 't want sugar, real or not, it 's not up to them to understand the reasons why. I drank it anyway butregretted it. I should 've taken the tip back outta the cup. Sour experience ????

Always feel welcomed. The customer service is superb. They remember everyone's drink and it's always ready before you even reach the register. Great job everyone! ????????

I went in and came under 3 minutes with the best tasting coffee I had in one. they know their things really food: 5/5
