Moe's Bistro And - New Providence

The food, service, and atmosphere at this restaurant are outstanding! It is always a favorite of ours. The piano player on Friday and Saturday nights is excellent.

Thought the chicken cutlet sandwich was a bit dry; french fries were very good and service was excellent.

It was 7:00 PM on Saturday but there was no live music, (the maitre de said he thought there would be). The food and drinks menu had changed from the last time we dined there. Both were now very limited. Some of the food options though named the same were different and is different than the online menu, i.e. Chicken Moe Moe . The only Cabernet by the glass was an OK $23.00 offering. The place was empty and (without the live music) devoid of atmosphere. We quickly finished our meals and left. In the past we would have stayed for the desert and listened to the music. This is a place we used to bring friends to and had planned to do so later this year (when they are in town). We won 't be doing that now and don 't plan do go back on our own.

Food is very fine. Live music was a nice extra. There is a lovely outside area that unfortunately was closed for a private party.

We went there for a graduation dinner and the food and service was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate.
