Barth's Market - New Providence

Every time I visit my grandchildren in New Jersey, I always make sure to stop by Barths. It is the only butcher shop where I can find food made in a traditional European style, like old-fashioned bologna, hot dogs, head cheese, and white sausage. When I bring these treats back to the house, my grandchildren devour the bologna - it's the only kind they'll eat! Now that summer is here, I'll also be picking up some marinated steaks. Any chance you'll open a location in Connecticut? Just kidding, I'll always come back to visit my grandchildren!

I have been coming to this restaurant for years and I always enjoy the great food! My go-to dish is the homemade salads that I order for our group. The German hotdogs here are the best I've had anywhere. Make sure to try the cured bark or have them prepare it for Thanksgiving, you won't be disappointed!
