Restaurant Rebirth - New Orleans

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! It felt cozy and just right for me as a solo diner. I felt very comfortable thanks to my excellent server, Riley. He recommended a fantastic bourbon flight for me. I started with the shrimp salad, which was absolutely delicious. The vinaigrette dressing, generous amount of shrimp, and even the okra (which I usually don't like) all came together in a delightful way. For my main course, I had the seared scallops with fingerling potatoes, and once again, I was thoroughly impressed. This restaurant is a great addition to the Warehouse District and I highly recommend checking it out.

The restaurant is nice but not the top choice for fine dining in New Orleans. We went there to celebrate my spouse's birthday. We ordered the Mississippi pork belly, pork chop, scallops, and bread pudding, all of which are popular dishes. The pork belly was not impressive and the accompanying vegetables were overcooked. The pork chop was slightly burnt on the outside, but the inside was still juicy and flavorful, making it the standout dish in my opinion. The scallops were a bit too salty for my liking, and there were only 3 or 4 scallops in the $37 dish, which came with crawfish sauce and only 2 crawfish. The bread pudding was good but nothing extraordinary. The service was excellent overall - we arrived late but they still saved our table for us. In general, I found the experience to be decent, but I had higher expectations based on other positive reviews. That's why I would give it 3.5 stars, but Google doesn't allow for that rating.

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed every dish we ordered. Riley, our server, was friendly and attentive, taking care of all our needs. The food was perfectly seasoned and the restaurant itself was beautiful.

Our server, justin was really good! the black bell and brie salad was a great start! the darkened scallops and the ribeye were amazing! such a cool mood and we would highly recommend it!

Our date night was great. excellent food, drinks and service. the bartender is excellent. this has quickly become one of the top restaurants in the city.
