Bidrage med feedbackI come to McDonald?s pretty frequently for breakfast and at this point I?m tired of ordering oatmeal with fruits and berries, to only find that either my oatmeal isn?t cooked or I don?t have my fruits and berries! Then I call to speak to a manager regarding my experience and the phone lines are disconnected! So frustrating!
Again, with this place. So I think I might have it figured out: How to minimize my interaction time with staff to help move the order along. So I order on the app and go to the drive through to tell them the order code. Silence. There are people inside and a guy who's taking out the garbage has seen me. No one ever answers the drive through. I drive to the window. See people inside but no one ever come to the window. I wasted 15 minutes waiting there. I cancelled my order. Let's see if it gets refunded. Who owns the franchise here? You know you're getting completely screwed by your employees, right?
See for yourself. They raised the prices of everything by several dollars only to give these tiny half sized patties ????
Had to wait almost a half hour just to order and on top of leaving out almost half the order, employees were rude and clearly cared less about any of the customers and the food we did get, sucked. I don't even eat at any of the local McDonald's here anymore, especially not any you're lucky to find that are open later than 10pm.
An occasional treat. OnLY go for hot nuggets and fries. It makes my soul happy. We they slip and give Luke warm or hard food. I am not a happy camper.
