KFC/Taco Bell - New Orleans

They just got the store remodeled and they already have you waiting at the drive thru speaker for 10mins before you can order.

Service time is horrendous... multiple people standing around inside .laughing and loud talking ..waited 30 minutes with 3 cars in front of me .ordered large chicken box and they left out one container of gravey... can't even get the order right

Went through the drive through. Chicken was fresh and tasty. The biscuit was hard and the fries were overcooked and not really edible. I know we all have an off day but they really need to check their quality.

When you are greeted with what you want at order after waiting 5mins with nobody in front of me, I should have left. However, decided to order anyways since we 're here. To keep it short: wrong order and food was very sloppy. Everyone seems to juststanding around, not a care in the world including management. You get $2/hr work ethic here. Be warned! Absolutely the worstTaco Bell experience. 0 star

Chicken sandwich was delicious. But the cinnamon twists were stale and fried in old used oil. The taste was awful ????????????
