Green Olives Cafe - New Orleans

Fantastic! My friend and I went after work and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! Delicious coffee, flavourful tea, and perfectly seasoned shawarma! It was so so good, and we both look forward to returning in the near future!

A few weeks ago, we were craving Mediterranean, but Green Olives website wasn't working. We ordered from a well-known nearby competitor and regretted it immediately. Tonight, we remembered why Green Olives is the true great Mediterranean restaurant in the city. So good! Falafel weren't dry, gyro was flavorful, the hummus thick (the other place had watery hummus), and not stale pita. Don't go anywhere but here. Best in the city!

Visiting from okc and have had Mediterranean food all my life but nothing like this. You can taste the love and care the chef has for his food. No corners cut and you can tell. Absolutely THE BEST Mediterranean food I've ever had

Had for dinner last night, tzatziki was very bland and tasteless, as was the hummus it was also bland and had pieces of something chunky in it, chicken wasn?t good either it seemed as if it was strips of chicken cut up and just seared in a pan and not doner style, also the greek salad was not traditional at all it seemed as if it had italian style dressing on it. the rice in the dish also wasn?t cooked very well also very bland, was not happy with it at all.

So delicious and fresh! Food was ready quickly and everting was so flavorful! Can?t wait to go back to dine in for the full experience.
