Dickey's Barbecue Pit - New Orleans

D 'lish! Fall off the bone ribs. Tender brisket. Good bbq sauce. They offer sweet, spicy, and original. Mac 'n cheese is ok. Nothing unique but good. The green beans are great! Different and smokey flavor. Wasn 't just salt and pepper. Definitely worth a visit. Looks small when you walk in but plenty of seating in the back.

My mother made an online order today, 8 July 2022. The order should be picked up at Dickey in Harahan at 4 p.m. In summary, the woman(which claims to be the manager and was rude as can be) the register said they never get the online order via the POS. She absolutely refused to honour the order and make the food even though my mother had a reception for which she was paid. There was absolutely no one in the restaurant and she could have done the job. When she was asked how to get a refund, she scrubbed her shoulders. She offered no solution and no help. Customers should never be treated with such respect. She's a terrible representative of Dickey? If I had acted like that, I would be fired. This place will absolutely hear from our lawyer for blatant theft and false advertising. My mother followed the instructions for online ordering that she received in an advertising email from Dickey?s. It was not honoured. She received no food and no refund, although she brought the online reception.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I have an online order based on the instructions of Dickey?s email application. I made my online order and paid it this morning at 11:30. I planned a pick-up of 4:00. I printed the order receipt with the receipt number. On July 8th, I went to the restaurant at 4:00 to pick up my order. I was told that this was not a receipt, and there was no food for me to pick me up. The paper I printed and brought with me reads RECEIPT with the receipt number. The woman who claims to be a manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn't care that I was out of the money and refused to make my food. She didn't offer an apology, no solution and didn't want to help. I would never recommend this restaurant, Dickey?s Grill in Harahan, everyone. This woman does not represent your restaurant professionally. Shame on her and Dickey? I will walk NIE step in your restaurant or recommend everyone. I left your restaurant without food, no money and felt extremely disdained. Easy staff and experience. No customer should be treated so rudely. Corporate will hear from me and my lawyer.

The food is always cold and the service is slow. There was a person who prepared the food while two other people were sitting in the back! Customers went to the left and right. Terrible experience!

Bruh... this was my second time in this place, but I don't really remember it's been too long. I just knew it because I got a Dickey's cup at home. The crew was very friendly, friendly and accommodating. I was offered a free ice cone and everything. The food... dude, everything tastes great! The turkey was so delicious and juicy, I wanted to hit my mom! (Sorry ma. I also had the pork ribs, like hell! The Kielbasa sausage, which has also blown off my socks. The sides were well seasoned, warm and simply good! I had the Mac n Cheese and the baked potato casserole. Would I go back? Do I want to hit my mom again? Probably, but I won't. You get a couple of Dickey's, you're not sorry!
