Papa Pan Pizza - New Mills

2 of us can not eat cheese, so the possibility to create a non-cheese pizza with a garlic bread floor is great. today my order was not quite correct, but a replacement was sent within 10 minutes. this is our favorite pizza place for food and customer service

I have been using this restaurant since they first opened and have never had a bad experience with their food. However, I did order a pizza last year that was completely different from what I remembered. Although it was beautiful, it just wasn't the same. Our last delivery, which we booked through their online system, was fantastic. The extras we chose were delightful as well. The fries were perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of crunch—no sogginess at all! I'm happy to say it's back to being our favorite pizza place. Plus, the option to get garlic cheese bread on a deep base was amazing!

After waiting a while for our 14-inch pizza, we realized that the deep pan actually measured only 11 inches. Could it be that the dough is the same size but just stretched out for the larger pizza? We ordered an 11-inch pizza tonight, and it was exactly as we requested. Today's order was incredible! Whoever cooked it tonight did a fantastic job. I hope it turns out just as well next time. I won't hold my breath, but it would be great if it was consistent!

The pizzas here are delicious, with both thin and thick crust options available. They are not as greasy as those from a well-known pizza chain. Generally, it takes about 20 minutes for your pizza to cook.
