The Iron Rail - New Milford

Outstanding! The meal was excellent- the service and attentive waitstaff was excellent! Atmosphere wonderful! Thoroughly enjoyed dining with my family. Oh! The Bread!!

The food was pretty good it was busy. The waitress forgot to put our order in so it took long to get but it happens, it was busy and she was super nice about it and took a discount off our bill. The only thing is I made a reservation and still had to wait 15-20 min for a table. Other than that, it was okay.

Had 7:15 reservation. We were not seated until 8:45 and still waited an hour for appetizers and dinner. Food was outstanding but service was pitiful… Owner was very nice but wait staff was at best inattentive and not acceptable to us.

The food was good. The restaurant was very loud and busy.

Happy staff makes for happy dining. Iron Rail has happy staff. The happy staff brings happy food. The food is very good; well prepared and tasty. There are plenty of choices for the dietary restricted diners. And, the Iron Rail has that great local bar feel without the noise. Worth a return visit.
