Lines get super long because staff has no idea what they are doing due to improper training or just being idiots.This girl handed me a large iced cold brew with no ice at all and said sometimes people don’t want ice. So I said remake it. It’s an iced cold brew, it always has ice unless stated otherwise. She gave me attitude and tried to poor it into a new cup with ice which I said no, make a whole new one. And they all gave me attitude.whoever the manager at this location is has some serious work to do. I come everyday and there’s always attitudes and issues. No other Dunkin in town has this many issues.. please shut down or re hire a whole new staff without attitude problems.
Every weekday at 6 AM I stop at this Dunkin for a coffee breakfast sandwich on a bagel. But no more the last few months they have gone down hill drastically. Bagels are like a rock, the coffee is burnt, full of grinds, made wrong or all of the above then the woman who hands you your order at the drive thru holds the items just outside the window above her head so I have to put my car in park reach as far as I can just to receive my order just to have the coffe spill down my arm. Dunkin needs QA here desperately. As for me I will never come here again, I'm going to Bagelman where I know the food won't break my teeth.
The only DD in new Milford/bfield that makes a good frozen coffee consistently every time. Other restaurants must not keep their machine as clean/replace their frozen coffee syrups enough.
Not sure why I bother ordering ahead on the go when more times than not they have the door locked here at 7:30. And then when I finally get in you have the one guy smirking. wish the parking situation was better at the 163 location bc this one is horrible. You're in a rush trying to get to work and they have the door locked and take their sweet time unlocking it.Forget trying to make park lane 24 hours, properly staff the other locations first please.
On May 21, 2023 I ordered an iced vanilla latte with oat milk, a drink I've ordered a hundred times at my home location. They put the wrong flavor and no oat milk and looked extremely watery so I asked them to remake it and the two ladies at the front were extremely rude and gave me an attitude, one of them asked what my problem was. They remade my drink the exact same. I tried to just drink it but could not do it it was horrible. Finally a man addressed me, so much more respectul, and remade my drink correctly. But I will not be going back there thanks to those two ladies.
