Cocca's Pizza - New Middletown

We love ordering pepperoni rolls from this place. They are excellent quality, especially when they are the daily special. Even on regular days, you get a generous portion for a great price, which is rare to find. Thank you for the consistent quality and value!

I'm a fan of cheese on my pizza, just like the kid from Home Alone! The elephant ear type dough with cinnamon sugar was delicious, while the famous pepperoni roll was just okay. It would have been even better with more cheese and pepperoni. The gentleman who served us was very polite.

Woman answered the phone angrily and told me to hold. I agreed and she set the phone down. I waited on hold for over 5 minutes just to have her hang up the phone on me. I then proceeded to call back and no one will answer. This is unacceptable customer service and I held them to a way higher standard.

I recently had a disappointing experience at a restaurant in Salem. Unfortunately, half of my order was missing when it arrived. When I called the restaurant to ask for a refund, I was met with little assistance from a 15-year-old manager who seemed inexperienced in handling these types of situations. Despite my efforts to explain the missing items, the manager suggested that the delivery driver may have stolen or kept them. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and deceitful, as they are essentially taking advantage of customers by not providing a refund or any explanation for the missing items. When I contacted the delivery driver, she denied receiving the missing items to deliver. It is truly disheartening that the staff at this location cannot properly handle customer complaints or take responsibility for their mistakes.

My wife and I have been enjoying going to this location for several years. We purchased a pepperoni roll a few weeks ago and it was cooked perfect so delicious. Today I figured I would treat my mother to one. So I called to ask if I should order for a pick up and was told no we have rolls ready to go. I stop in to pick them up and they begin making the rolls from scratch. I mention to the woman that I called and they are not ready to go as told. So she apologized but gives me attitude then rushes my order undercooking the rolls. They were nearly raw inside. The parking lot in always empty but we enjoy helping local businesses as we own a home nearby. Hire some good help Cocca's. It's just a pizza joint.
