The frys were soggy and half filled. Might as well just stick with small fry they put more in them. Also the beef was put in the bag upside down so the juice just leaked through the bag

What the heck is so hard about getting the full food order going through the drive thru? You guys have all these people checking the order before the order goes to the customer and yet there is always something missing. Since your that bad at filling the orders hire a few people to deliver the forgotten food. If you can pay an outrageous amount for flipping burgers you can pay a delivery person to complete the order.

The drive through associate wasn't very thorough, so I had to run in for multiple items missing. But the food was excellent, as we'd expect from Portillos.

The food was good, I had the Chicago Dog with everything. It was a little dryed out, not as good as usual. The fries were hot and very good. Parking: Free parking, and plenty of handicap parking. Kid-friendliness: Plenty of tables and booths are also high chairs Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap parking right in front and just pull your wheelchair right up to the table.
