Little Caesars - New Iberia

Alicia was amazing, their customer service capabilities are top levels. I ordered online and my pizza from that one, shortly after I had ordered it. if you order online, you will receive a free large pizza if you have the voucher. I paid $5.46 on app with good certificate and again 2 big pizzas.

Always good pizza. Not always friendly staff and can be kinda slow.

The staff is always cutting up and making lots of noise. I've called on many occasions to place an order and the phone was not answered. I had to use the app to place my orders.

Paid for a creat your own pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and cooked well done. I never got the pizza I paid for. Fifteen minutes after my order was suppose to be ready, they gave me someone else 's order (FYI: the calzony is absolutely the worst thing I 've ever had at Little Caesars). When I went back in to return that order and get mine, it still wasn 't ready and they just gave me a hot 'n ready. NOT what I wanted. Then they tried to charge me again for extra sauce.

Order four pizza lady said it would be ten minutes got there in 15 minutes had to wait another 15 minutes then got home and realized two of the pizzas doughs was not even cooked all the way and one of the pizza they didn't even cut it in slice that place is a joke don't eat there
