Chili's Grill Bar - New Iberia

Can go wrong with the Chipotle warriors. all the workers were very nice and eating came fast. when they go with the right expectations, they have a good meal. Remember that it does not compete with ruths kris, but it is not a müllfeuer as äpfelbees either

If you need a job they need you. many tables were open at 12:30pm on a Sunday and the wait was over 30 min. They expected you to wait in your can in 100 degree weather rather than allowing folks to sit in open bar seats. They obviously need workers. Needless to say I took my 80 year old parents somewhere else.

Waited over 15 mins to have a hostess greet us at a mostly empty restaurant. Got rudely told by the hostess that we 'd be fine waiting a bit. 20-30 mins wait for a table at an empty restaurant turned into 45 mins. Very rude hostess.

Thought I would give this place a third chance but unfortunately it failed again. After watching the movies my Wife and daughter wanted chili’s and this one is the only one in town. Walking in it took them 15 minutes to sit my family down. After sitting down we waited more than 30 minutes and mined you the restaurant in total had only 12 people. Yes I waited so long i was able to count the people. After waiting every other couple or groups of people walking in after we did got service first. I love chili’s restaurants but unfortunately this location needs better management. It’s not the workers fault, but the company for not investing the time to look for a well trained manager.

To make a long story short, I paid $130 for poor service and even worse food. The **** Mary was disgusting, somehow while waiting for a whole rack of ribs I still managed to get old and cold fries. The girl who brought me my food even admitted that they were old. The manager claimed that she didn 't know the franchise phone number. And most of all, they are known for their baby back ribs I ate two and thrown away the rest. Chili 's in New Iberia is definitely not worth the time or the money!!!!! I 'm obligated to give them 1 star to do the review.
