Teach your employees to respect all walks of life.I eat here a couple of times a week. Because of my busy work schedule. I pull up to the window and like 4 to 5 employees were in the check out window looking and laughing at me.The young man was the mainone. A light skinned afro American woman rung me out.She couldn't even keep a straight face. I am a store manager of a Luxuryretail brand. This type of behavior is unexceptable.

Honestly so disappointed in the transaction that just occurred. I placed an order online and had my boyfriend pick it up. When he arrived, there was only ONE pickup order on the counter. An older man with dark hair asked him the name and he said ?I?msorry, my girlfriend ordered it, it?s either (my name) or (his name).? The man proceeded to say ?Well which one is it? It?sgoing to be hard to give you an order with no name.? My boyfriend told him he thinks its (my name) and he still gave him a hardtime. The manager saw that he was giving him a hard time and walked over, handed him the ONLY order, and said ?have agoodnight.? I?m not sure why the male employee decided to give him such a hard time but it was ridiculous and there wasn?t evena way to review the service on the app where I ordered the food.

Got delivery. Here again, it was the Chicken Tenders I had to wait for. That should tell you it is freshly made. Friendly and courteous staff.
