The workers are very polite supportive, making an effort to understand everyone how they like their purchases. Especially with mobile orders, they are fast.

My cookies were never given to me... Like how do you not see the madeleines I ordered in my order? So I asked for a deadline for refunds. And then their burrito breakfast is more of a tortilla than something inside! From now on, I'm staying at Dutch Bros. Starbucks, I'm sorry. Used to be my favourite, but then you want to get real lazy with the customer service and make or cook the food, whatever you do.
