Bidrage med feedbackToday was the last day to get any size coffee for $1.00, so I made sure to stop by to grab my java for the road. The men's restroom was tidy and the restaurant was starting to get crowded.
When you work in customer service, it's important to remember that if a customer is having a bad day, you are the one who is responsible for providing them with great service. It's important to remain calm and attentive, no matter the circumstances. Customers expect to be treated with respect and understanding, and it's our job to ensure they leave satisfied.
This McDonald's location is excellent. The employees are extremely friendly, the decor is modern, and it is always clean. While it may not be the largest store, it is cozy and welcoming.
A prime example of if it is working, don 't fix it . This was a great place before they changed it. When they had counter service, it was fast and efficient. Yesterday it was literally a joke. And the prices !! Wow.....won 't go back.
It's McDonalds. They make burgers, fries and such. Mostly hot whatever is made first may be warm.Quick and easy.
