Papa Johns Pizza - New Freedom

Eating is usually good; but the shippers ignore either the delivery tickets or bypass their requests. tonight I was greeted with a shipper in my living room window because I had asked them to leave the food on the door and not knock or ring the doorbell. creepy. will look in doordash, ubereats, etc.

When u call to order it goes to a call center not to the store where u want to order from. But the pizza is delicious

Wow, tried to call and place an order went to a call center no where near me and got a guy with a thick accent I could barely understand. Couldnt use my coupon code. Frustrated. Support a LOCAL pizza place business not this terrible chain.

We were told to wait 20 minutes. Ok fair enough, we wanted 20 minutes came back they said it'll be another 15 minutes. Came back and waited 5 to 10 more minutes to get our pizza. They didn't even get the order right .

Ordered online. No one shows for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Call to find out they're short staffed and needed us to come pick up the food. No phone call to tell us that? Ok then. Drive up to get the food and remind them to refund the delivery fee and driver tip totaling approximately $10. Filed a feedback form on their site. Never heard back, never got my money refunded. Never will be back to this location
