The Oak Inn - New Forest

I know prices have gone up everywhere but it seemed higher here than anywhere else we've Benn lately, especially as the food was good but not spectacular. Good service though, we will go back, it might just be us being tight! Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Warm welcoming country pub with lovely staff but very disappointing food..tough over cooked pigeon... Very mediocre chicken pie and cheese board served the end rind of Stilton so inedible sadly. They did say the new chef was settling in thou... So may try again to see if we can improve on this review. For £106 for two bill. Expected far better quality home cooked food. Price per person: £50–60
