Ruby Tuesday - New Castle

Mu husband and I go here a lot because we like ir. We took our family, 7 of us and it wasn't good. Food was not so great, sons was overdone and he couldn't eat it. Daughter in laws was cold. We stopped going for a while. Recently it was just my husband and I and we went again. The place was spotless, the manager was seating, serving, cleaning and filling the salad bar. Food was delicious. The manager even had time to entertain my 4 yr old granddaughter. I didn't get his name but he certainly has made a difference there.

Honestly not sure how to rate this place. Our server was brand new and got stuck having to work on his own without his trainer who called off. We were there probably an hour longer than we should've been, and it wasn't that busy. But apparently no one showed up to work today. So while the service and food were great, it had been a long day and even longer drive home, so we were tired. But the main point is that our server was amazing and was doing his best with limited resources.

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal and service. Kudos to Mikayla for being a very attentive and upbeat server. Would definitely eat here again!

I was so disappointed after spending nearly $40 for dinner (including tip). I ordered a loaded baked potato and it was about the size of a lemon (no lies) the ribs were OK, the shrimp are like the ones they have on the cruise ships. NEVER again. I don't mind paying for good food but this was ridiculous. The cheesecake topping (strawberry) was watery.

My scallops were better here than at Red Lobster! My husband’s ribs were very tender and delicious!
