Bidrage med feedbackWe stopped ordering from Papa Johns months ago after our last experience. We ordered the pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and it looked disgusting, just thrown together and inedible. The employees face when he handed me the box should have been a clearindicator that something was wrong but I didn?t check until I got home. I would have preferred for him to admit he didn?t knowhow to make that particular pizza than to hand me greasy soggy garbage and waste my money. I complained TWICE to corporate andrequested a refund but received no response at all. Not even a coupon or an apology. I?ve had issues with papa John?s in thepast, but last time was the LAST time.
I placed an order about a half hour before they closed. An hour later the food was still not here I click track order and and the store canceled my order. I called the manager the today and she is aware of the problem but, did nothing to retain thecustomer. Goodbye to your over priced food and bad attitude. To corporate: good job training your management.
First time I have been forced to write a review for a place I didn't even order from. I was not home at the time of delivery, delivery driver handed food over to a guest at my home and he unknowingly took delivery thinking we ordered. Upon returninghome I was told about the mixup but it was too late, my kids excitedly opened the pizza and had eaten a slice each. Coupleminutes later the driver shows back up this time he is hurling threats and insults towards me(this is the first I have seen thisman). So basically they would have re-delivered this pizza to the correct address had we not taken a slice. We have ordered fromhere before but never again. I would have been more than willing to pay for the pizza that was eaten but once you handle anilliterate drivers mistake as a child you will not have cooperation from either party. As a company that situation should havebeen handled as professionals and taken the $12 loss and a lesson learned for the driver seeing as the food definitely gotthrown away as soon as the driver returned to the store. I have a rather large family, every time we ordered the total for theorders are generally more than double the $26 order that was delivered by mistake. Not to mention we are very good tippers aswell. Plenty of competition around to where we will not be missing out by not using papa John's in the future
My husband ordered a pizza, cheesy bread, and BBQ chicken bites for us at 4:36 p.m. and they were just delivered at 6:13 p.m. The order was accurate but food was just warm. We are very disappointed in the time it took us to get our food. I called thestore and the employee just said they were busy and driver was on the way. The driver apologized for the delay but that did notmake us feel any better. We were told 50 minutes but it ended up being closer to 100 minutes for delivery. We will think twicebefore ordering for delivery from this location.
The food was good. They were busy so there was a little bit of a wait. They are also a little pricey it you are paying for the quality. My only concern is the level of professionalism but overall, the food is better that the competitors.
