Medure's Catering - New Castle

We had our wedding at Succop Nature Park and Medure’s is the catering company. And they are just fantastic. So easy to work with. They make sure everything runs perfect. And the food is absolutely delicious. I’m pretty sure every guest (180) came up and told me just how fantastic the food is. The whole planning process is super easy. They provide the bar tenders, linens, plates, silverware, and even set up the cookie table. Highly recommend using Succop Nature park and/or Medure’s!!

Imagine this:A guest comes up to you after your wedding and says, 'that chicken was really good! ' That 's right. The chicken. At a wedding.It happened to us. Thanks to Medure’s.And we can’t even count the compliments we got on the famous eggplant rollatini.Medure’s Catering was very reliable in their communication throughout the entire process! Kristen was so helpful in guiding us through the process and answering all of our questions. And, of course, we were very happy with our day of service, the quality of the food, and in particular the crab-stuffed mushrooms!!We opted for a buffet-style menu along with passed appetizers. The food and service was the perfect fit, in our opinion, to the vibe of the venue (Succop Nature Park . Not overly fancy, still very enjoyable and exactly what we and our guests were looking for! (However, based on our tasting, I have full faith that if we’d have wanted to go fancy, Medure’s would have hit it out of the park on that too! The only note I would give to couples would be to give the bartenders (who came included as part of our venue package clear instructions on any Signature Drinks you may be offering. We did not. And that is 100% on us. But because of this, some of the drinks were inconsistent in their ratios and recipes.TL:DR: We’re so happy that we worked with Medure’s on our big day. And, if my review above doesn’t prove it – just know that despite all of our friends warning us that they didn’t and couldn’t eat on their big days – my husband and I both ate (and thoroughly enjoyed!! our meals!

They served our wedding at irons mill farmstead. FANTASTIC 5 star food. Everything went very smoothly and was delicious. They were very helpful with set up and tear down and were very accommodating. The bartenders that were provided were unfortunately terrible. They were not bartenders. They had no idea how to make drinks. To the point we tried to do signature cocktails and they hid the sign so that people wouldn't order them. Also were making drinks hilariously strong like 6oz pours.Edit: Received a call from the owner, he took all of my concerns seriously and looked into the issues and discussed them fully with me. Excellent customer service and a step above.

We used Medure’s to cater our wedding in July 2023 at Succop Nature Park with about 90 guests and had a fantastic experience. They were responsive and helpful, and most importantly, the food was AMAZING. Our guests were raving about how good the food was (the vegan eggplant rollatini was to die for). They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with dietary restrictions (vegan and gluten free in our case), and offered eco-friendly sustainable options for disposable cutlery and drink-ware. We highly recommend them for any wedding or event!

Medure's did a fantastic job catering our wedding! Gabbey was very responsive to our special requests and Isabella did a great job running the show day-of. We love their eggplant rollatini!
