Krispy Kreme - New Castle

I went through the drive to get a dozen donuts. The donuts were great, but the service wasn't so great. After I had given up my order, I wait for about 5 minutes to let me know that li's fine to move to the window. You can hear through the microphone that they talked to each other and forget that I was there. When I came into the window to pay, it seems that the person had an attitude. As I said, the donuts were great, but the service was under standard.

It is a chic and fun donut shop! Cool variety and staff was friendly. Wow this place is busy, but quickly got our dozen and on the road! The daughter enjoyed her! I enjoyed the coffee for the trip!

My mother and I just drove in the rain because he cut donuts and still got service when the workers wanted to go home. I'm gluten-free, but my mother loves donuts to treat herself in rare times. Today she had a really hard day with her staff, and the sweetest lady gave us extra donuts when we paid for two; even if it was close to the closing hours.
