Domino's Pizza - New Castle

This place need to be closed down. Every single time I place an oder there's an issue from hair on my pizza to a hour and a half delivery when it says 30 minutes to never showing up. There's a reason it has such a low rating. I'm sure if health inspectors did a walk through it would be shut down immediately. No star is more appropriate for this location.

Pizza was Luke warm and barely cut. Brownie wasn't cut at all and was stuck to the pan. Also ordered a 2 liter and did not receive.

I ordered food that came 2 hours late, was cold, they sent me a coke when I ordered a sprite. When I called to complain they wanted to replace one item

The man working in the store says that he is manager . So the manager has no quality of being a good manager or how to talk with customer .Issue the MAN working is RUDE ARROGRANT FAKE …dominos be aware the man working as a worker feels he owes all the dominos in the world .Issue the arrogant attitude man feels he only treat customer who gives 10000 dollars orders and not 10 dollar pizza order …..Issue …..He is so arrogant that even though we have proof as receipt that we paid for green peppers , he forgets to put it on pizza and THAN he was like I will give you raw green peppers …The Man working at 1202 Delaware street is so rude fake illiterate shameless mannerless BEAWARE

Very very very dissatisfied with this place…… We placed an order online for a chicken Alfredo my order came to my house completely wrong the man who answered the phone was very rude hardly accommodating location of this place is horrible walking into this place looks extremely filthy extremely long wait times for delivery pick up and there are no dine in options
