Burger King - New Castle

I had no issues with this order, it was perfect. I highly recommend this item!

The onion rings way overcooked, basically a rock, and the chicken sandwich is watery maybe expired? The rest was fine

They forgot one of my orders so my grandchildren had to split one meal and they definitely are still hungry :

I received my order with some missing items. I understand that I placed my order close to closing time, but if you were unable to fulfill it, you should have declined it instead of only giving me half of my order. I was missing 2 nine piece chicken fries and an Oreo milkshake. If these items were no longer available, you should have informed me by calling. Additionally, if you no longer offer the meal craver option, it should be updated on the menu. Thank you.
