I ordered multiple items along with an Italian hoagie. The meat was slimy. I called and the man I talked to hung up on me! All the money they make and orders they provide and this is how I am treated for stating the meat was slimy! Do not order from here! Order from seasons instead.

I called to order at 9:28 on a Tuesday night when they close at 10pm and the rude person who answered was short with me and told me they are not taking anymore orders so I have to assume they hire lazy worthless people and also management must not care about the business. A sad report for whee as T I once thought was a good place but now screw you! Service is everything and you folks now seem to suck at it.

I arrived within the posted time and the food was ready to go.

Food taste different every time. Can’t understand simple instructions like “light sauce” or “cooked hard”. 1/10

Pizza is always hit or miss. I really hate getting a pizza delivered and your delivery driver was not paying attention or something because my toppings slid off of the pizza. Not cool Pats. This was the last straw for me. Edit: Once again Pats for the LOSE! I ordered two pizzas and a cheese bread. Delivery guy gets here and no cheese bread! Delivery guy says they only gave him two boxes. So not only did you all not bring my food, your drivers don’t check the orders before they leave the store. Now I’ve been on hold for 10 minutes trying to get through to the store. Never again!!
