Applebee's Grill - New Castle County

My server was terrible. She got my food order wrong, and it took forever to get my drink, which was water. The food tasted good after I had to send back my overcooked broccoli

Food was amazing! Price was great. Wish the server was a little bit more attentive, but other than that a great dinner/Night.

I really try to give places and employees the benefit of the doubt before I leave a negative review. Maybe short staffed, busy, normal human error, whatever. I mean, we are all human. But legitimately EVERY SINGLE TIME we order from here, take out specifically, there is ALWAYS something missing from our order. One time they forgot my husbands ENTIRE MEAL! This evening they forgot ALL of our drinks and then apparently goes into the kitchen and yells at the staff asking why they didn’t tell her the order had drinks. I’m sorry, but you can read the receipt right? My husband also told her that I had garlic mashed potatoes, not French fries and she replies oh okay. My husband needed to ask for what I had already ordered. I get it, people can be awful but this is YOUR job. If you don’t want to do it, then find another job, otherwise, do your job. It really isn’t difficult. I have worked in service my whole life, it really isn’t hard to do your job well. Please get your act together. This shouldn’t happen with every order.

I haven't been in years. The food was great and service impeccable. My drink didn’t disappoint either. Definitely will be back.

Waitress was awsome. Service with smile. Great time. Your lucky to have her.
