The refried beans watery it ran off the tortilla so watery and when I got my food, it was cold. I gave the guy cash at the register and he didn’t know how to make change when I kept asking him how much kept telling me the amount without the tax, then he kept saying I owe him more money and I keep asking him, I got the wrong change so this is big fat 0 for me. instead of driving the 8 miles next time maybe I should go to Taco Bell Parking: Need more handicap parking

It's just not the same after the corporate rebrand. I miss the wild Freebirds of a few years ago where Lady Liberty was riding a motorcycle!

As far as I can tell it's healthy ingredients that's what I want so I like it

Very underwhelming greeting upon walking in for my online order. Zero response when I offered a friendly “thank you!!” Every other freebirds is very lively and happy to greet patrons. Food was mostly as expected.
