Bella Roma - New Albany

I took a big group here and was disappointed at how the evening was handled all the way. First, we had only 4 menu items to choose from and instead of being charged for the number of guests we had visited, I was charged for even more! I was not presented a postcode or courtesy of a receipt by the owner himself! It wasn't until I did the mathematics for myself that I realized how rough I really was! Watch your wallet when you spit here!

Great food! Very friendly people and excellent service.

When I made reservations, I was not told that it was a solid menu with only 4 elements on it. I expected the complete menu and at the time we arrived there and found out that it was too late to go somewhere else. The prices were also exaggerated. $10 for a house salad with salad, onion, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber. That's crazy! We're not going back!

Very good for a nice business dinner. Full bar, good food and very clean.

Service was good family-run operation. The owner has direct contact with customers focused to make your evenings special.
