Bidrage med feedbackThe music was horrible, like something from the 70s, even though the entire room was filled with young people. Only one person there was of that age, and the music seemed to cater to him until you asked for something more modern. The atmosphere was chaotic, and the staff really need to pay attention to who they’re serving and how they’re running the place. When I asked for help, they just shrugged and said, "What? I can't help you with that!" There’s no excuse for such terrible service!
We visited this establishment yesterday and do not recommend it to anyone who enjoys tasty food and a pleasant dining experience! The service was non-existent, and it seemed like the chef was absent as well. It was a complete disappointment! Instead of tender pork, we were served chunks of over-salted cheap meat with bones. The long-awaited julienne arrived at the end of our meal, and it was watery from the frozen mushrooms. We won't even bother commenting on the khachapuri! The waitress, Polina, thought it was perfectly fine to transfer the shashlik from one plate to another with her bare hands. We hope that a competent manager and a responsible owner will take action!
Great service, good music at night, a large menu, and drinks of the highest quality. I highly recommend visiting this place!
I wanted to grab a coffee at 11:45 PM, but I was outright refused without any apologies or attempts to hide their unwillingness to help: “We’re closing in 15 minutes, we can’t assist you.” The hospitality was lacking.
I can't say anything bad about the cafe itself, but the food was incredibly disappointing. We ordered a plate of pickles for 240 rubles, and it came with half a tomato, half a cucumber, and a sprinkle of cabbage! The Caesar salad was absolutely awful; I couldn't even eat it at all, but I'm sure they'll charge me for it 100%. It was inedible—the cabbage was bitter, and there was hardly any fish; the fish weighed about 30 grams, while the menu claimed the whole dish was 200 grams. Honestly, I wouldn't have come here if my father-in-law hadn't insisted.
