Pizza Del Ponte - Nevers

I have been eating here for 17 years at least once a year, my parents for 20/21 years, since the opening of the restaurant. 3 days ago, I ordered 6 family pizzas: 2 chorizo 1 hawaï 1 flakushe 1 sicilian 1 of the bridge and I was frankly disappointed, the paste once crispy and mellow became hard and not cooked enough (like pizza all made). Tomato sauce is fortunately always as good. and for the rest, the ingredients are like each last time. I really hope the next time, the dough will be good as before. On the other hand, there is a point system that makes you win a free family or average pizza according to the number of points you have accumulated.
