Saturday August 12, lunch, we were a table of 3 people and the only customers. Unfortunately the service is far from the quality, very regrettable because the cuisine is always exceptional. An establishment that calls itself gourmet must have a worthy service. We were in a fight with flies falling in an aperitif glass. We point it out, the waitress comes back with a new drink following our request otherwise not had this delicacy or that of apologizing. Lunch where we quickly understood that as we were only 3 people to serve, we had to go quickly. No time to enjoy between courses. As soon as the desserts are served, coffee. We indicate that we did not want our coffee in the moment. We were offered our coffee in the lounge because the staff wanted to set the tables for the evening service. Since we were only one table at noon, the evening dressing seemed incongruous to us. We prefer to take our coffee outside since the weather allowed it and better than in a living room. The waiter nods, outside table dirty, the waiter only cleans half of the table, the other part will wait for its day of glory. The waitress brings coffee and notes with the bank terminal. We inform him that we are tasting our coffee after we will settle. We consult our note and we were amazed to find that the second glass of aperitif we were charged, thank you fly. She leaves, comes back a few minutes we have to pay. Ok, not really a choice. Wish us a good end of the day and leave. We finish our coffee alone with the impression of being abandoned to sad fate. In other words, the cuisine remains a visual and taste escape, on the other hand it will be imperative to review the quality of the service which has not progressed since our first visit in January 2023.
