If German cuisine in and around Neustadt/Aisch, then there is only one address for us the sun! Traditional Franconian cuisine reinterpreted, family atmosphere, very friendly service, beautiful historical host rooms. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent quality of the meat served here: all steaks of the steak card are wonderfully tender and always perfectly roasted (here our favourite: the onion roast! and the lamb is simply a dream. Another must: the Franconian interpretation of the Bruschetta with black bread and goat cheese! Conclusion: 5 stars, again and again!
