A wonderful evening! Why? Because everything has just been tuned. For us luck, for the operators a catastrophe, only 2 tables were occupied tonight. I assume that the process is otherwise as fluid as we could experience it, but here the service focused on so few guests with a word unique... No word to the main actor: the menu. Here you can not make many words, you just have to experience it yourself. Our wishes expressed in advance or incompatibility were not only confirmed in advance by phone, but also included in the menu. Each band was a painting on the record and a taste experience.
