When entering the restaurant we found a completely different atmosphere. It seemed more relaxed, calmer and very polite. We were immediately received and, as I find, got the best place in the bay. Unlike the last time, was covered for five people at the reserved table. The order was received immediately and competently. Drinks and food came in a reasonable time frame. The food was served at the same time so we could all start eating together. That was very nice. To the food itself: Old: When asked whether the court was overcrowded with number 19, the answer came that they did not even know what number 19 was. New: Number 19 came with fresh vegetables (no TK goods!!! and fresh baguette bread. Last time, the vegetables did not come out of the freezer. It was only very dark. That was not the case this time. Alt: The salad buffet was completely empty and it was not relocated. New: The salad buffet was completely ok in selection and quality. There was enough. Alt: The food was unfortunately burned, very cool or too. Bag products have been clearly used because we also use these products and regained the taste. New: The food was in a great quality. No burned products or obviously used bag products. Hot and very tasty. Alt: In the middle of the guest room there was a “private” staff with food, beverages, handbags, jackets and cell phones. New: Such a table was no longer present. Alt: The confuse staff. New: Very polite, courteous and friendly service. New: The liver was thin and super spiced. The bifteki had an excellent taste and was very delicious. The supplements were great and the portions were completely appropriate. We got a sensational dessert: Dough balls baked in fat with honey and cinnamon. It's a real ****! Old conclusion: We will never enter this restaurant again. We have already been discouraged to go there to eat, since we basically believe that we must make ourselves an image in order to make a criticism. We recommend using a professional to reflect on the previous concept, because we are convinced that the restaurant cannot establish itself in this way. New conclusion: We thank Mrs Tsiolis for having the chance to revise the first impression. My father felt very comfortable, and all the other people agree with it without a doubt. It was a relaxed and successful evening for us, for which we warmly thank you as owner. The second chance was worth it. We will go back to dinner because of this positive experience.
