Bidrage med feedbackIn Neukirchen-Vluyn I made a stopover on the way from france to house. when this stop was planned, I had previously updated the restaurant entries at gastroguide a bit, but there were still some insecure cantonists left. After a short orientation near my hotel I decided to visit this porcellan restaurant. service when I entered, I came first into a band that led on the steps, from which personal was no one to see here. only when I woke up the corner in the actual dining room, I saw an operation that kindly greeted me after a frightened customer. then she asked if I was alone, and after I hunted, I left the free choice among the unoccupied tables. there were only two tables occupied, I really had the big choice, and I decided to have a table near the buffet. After I settled, the operation came to the table, illuminated the wind and asked if I wanted a drink. I ordered a yeast-white beer (0.5l for 3.50 €), which was quickly brought even after the time required for the indentation. in general, the service, a no longer quite young asiatin, was very friendly and accommodating and yet on the way. She spoke very well German with only one light accented. used teller were quickly tied together, often before I was back on the table with the new teller, the buffet was regularly filled, albeit understandably only with small portions. eating in the light of the little one is clear that the 30 x 60 cm large tubs were not used in this buffet, which are common in the larger eating sensations. Here were stainless steel containers of about 15 x 30 cm, of which several fit into the mobile, water-filled heating units. the cursed was, how should it be different, the inevitable Beijing soup, also called crazy-sharf suppe, which usually does not deserve this name. here it was different: the insert was not completely atomized, one had something to bite, and the suppe was hot, she was crazy and (oh wonder! she even had a certain sharpness! after this positive mood I went to the buffet and risked the fried tinfish rings that often mutate to rubber rings. no thought, they were fresh and delicate and yet tasteful. the experience came to the crispy, which was probably crispy at some point, but then changed to a long stay in the warm-up container. Otherwise there were the “usual suspects” that should not be missing from a buffet: roasted noodles, fried rice, the “real treasures”, bark meat with whirl, chicken breast pieces in a baked thoroughly neat, without real highlights, but also without negative drinking. it should also be mentioned that the plates were preheated in a warmer cabinet. the facility is modern and harmonious, without the often occurring China-Bombast kit in red and gold. for the case that sometimes real asiates come, there were some round tables with the rotatable plate in the middle. the chairs were made of light wood with wooden frames of the backrests. they were covered with orange coughs of bread, from the same fabric were also the tablecloths. unfortunately some covers were made from a plastic. the decoration was limited to a windlight, the places were covered with cutlery and paper serviettes. the cleanliness of the restaurant area was very clean, with tellers, glasses and cutlery there was nothing to remember. the toilets in the cellar (not accessible for wheelchairs, hardly for disabled people are technically not on the last but functional and clean.
