We came to eat the evening with family and spent an unforgettable moment but unfortunately not in the right direction. Our server obviously didn't want to take care of us: he comes to us to ask us if we chose, will answer him that yes, on this he goes without answering us, go to serve the cocktails of the other tables, we are obliged to remind him so that he can take our order. a little later, I'm interfering, I'm starting to talk to him when a mr from another table calls, the server leaves me in the middle of my sentence to go take care of the mr!? to finish I try to have the coloring book that goes with the child menu but it pretends not to understand me. I insist heavily on finally having my daughter's gift. The food wasn't extraordinary, but you're not ready to see us again.
Fajitas no longer have onions, the meat is not quite eminced.(too rude) or are the fajitas I ate there 20 years ago.I took a martini, I found more water than martini.servers are nice but the very disappointing kitchen.
When I go to the el rancho - or another theme restaurant, I know about what to expect at the level of the plate: it will never be transcendent. At best, it will be "correct."No major problem in the kitchen tonight, it's in the room that the couacs have multiplied. We want to order a bottle of red wine: on 3 references, only 1 is available (the most expensive, of course). Not a possible commercial gesture. It's not a sub business, the price difference is minimal, but in principle. So we'll have wine. cocktails, which we ordered 10 minutes before the dishes, we will be served at the same time. Thankfully, they were successful. Note to myself: next time, I will ask to temporize, to take the aperitif quietly, since it does not seem obvious to the staff. The meal goes well, no miracle or disaster at the level of dishes or desserts. The chicken was a little dry, the beef meat a little nervous, the cream burnt not very thick, but again we do not expect to marvels and finish our plates. The addition is placed on the table at the same time as the desserts, without we asked. Too bad, we would have picked up some coffee / coffee pusher, without that.I understand that at 22:50, the staff begins to prepare their closure, but with 4 tables, all located in the same perimeter, it must not take hours either...Bruss... we will surely return to an el rancho or another - my wife loves the iced cookie. Who knows? With a little luck, the service will be better bill.
It's the second and last time I go to this restaurant. The first time it was not too bad, I was on the side of the door of Italian to betting. the 2nd experience was bad because of the quality and composition of the dishes. the sauce had a special taste that I didn't at all enjoy. The cook was mistaken in the composition of the desert. We had a coffee ice cream instead of having a caramel ice cream. I noticed it at the waitress who apologized. The service was bof... El rancho, drinking a drink yes, no more.
