Le Woods - Neufchâtel-Hardelot

I’d visited this hotel some years ago and felt it needed updating, well it has and it’s a really nice hotel. The restaurant and the public areas are clean and modern and the food is excellent.

This restaurant represents excellent value. Staff were friendly efficient food was of a high standard. This isn't fine dining but it's not fine dining prices. The bar is friendly cosy does a great aperol spritz. We would definately go there again. Been twice both nights the restaurant was pretty full. So book first

Food available was well cooked and presented but not a lot of choice. Restaurant not open on a Sunday which means having to look for an alternative, not readily available.

On the way back from the Loire, we needed to stop for the night prior to our shopping stop the next day in Boulogne and Eurotunnel back. The hotel has good quality clean rooms and up the corridor is a great restaurant. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable and the food was excellent, well cooked and very fresh. Thoroughly recommend this a a stopover relaxing and sets one up for the next day either back to England or on down through France.

We had never tried this resto despite our love of this area, that was our loss the food and the service where fantastic, the service especially was of the highest standard and nothing was too much trouble. The menu is excellent try the prawn raviolis to start and then the duck fantastic.
