Tonight we ordered our meal online. hubby arrived and several people went after him, placed there order and got it before us. We only ordered for 2 persons. it is 10-15 minutes away and everything was cold. need to reheat in the microwave. I was mine. wrapped in film, so I didn't have to pack. film inside was cooler cold. not freshly prepared as they claim. try to call Nerang-Shop to give feedback, could only find a Brisbane number and could not talk to anyone. wend through their “moneybot” but message bank was full, so could not even leave a message. so many other options, both in prone and near.

I decided to return to this restaurant because it is conveniently located near me, and I was hoping that the quality would improve with time. However, I was disappointed to find that this was not the case. On multiple occasions, I received the wrong order because the staff did not double-check with me. The service was slow and lackadaisical, with employees not wearing gloves or hair nets. The burrito bowl and nachos I ordered looked very similar to each other, with too much cheese on the bowl and not enough on the nachos. Overall, I was unimpressed with the portion sizes given the high prices.

Eating is absolutely amazing at guzman y gomez, which is why I always come back. the service is fantastic, you eat is delicious and the ambiente is beautiful.

I cannot get enough of this place just **** delish I never find the food oily but just filling delish full flavour
