The place is clean and tidy. There were plenty of options for food, available heated and cold. There is the option of a drive through, and a dine in. The staff are very pleasing. There are no toilets here.

Absolutely the best Zarraffa’s store on the coast. Very friendly service. It is the only store that will ask to scan the loyalty card.

Whilst I love this Zarraffas and MOST staff, it can be really time consuming when in their drive thru. I think it would be a great investment for another Zarraffas to open locally as they are plenty busy. Drinks and food are always 10/10. My only other nit pick is the past two times I have ordered a Quadshot Iced Americano, the lady taking payment laughs when reading out my drink? I don't really understand, not necessarily offended however it is a bit weird.

Good food. Ok service. Pretty disappointed that this is $5 worth of fries, not even filled. Not not really fast food any more, and its not even cheap.... :
