Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot - Nepean

After considering our options, we decided to come to this restaurant with a Groupon that saved us $14 on a total bill of approximately $120. The service was excellent and the food quality was very good. Our server took the time to explain the menu and the different broth options. We were also allowed to order additional rounds of food beyond what the menu suggests. It's recommended to start with a smaller order and then get more of what you enjoy. The variety of options, especially on the dinner menu, was impressive. Ask for an extra set of chopsticks for serving and scissors if you'd like to cut your vegetables. There is a sauce buffet where you can create your own sauces. Take your time eating, enjoy a leisurely meal, and don't rush. Save room for dessert, as you can order multiple rounds. Bring a sweater to the washroom as it can be quite cold. Overall, we would likely return to this restaurant.

I was looking forward to dining at this restaurant, but unfortunately, I was quickly seated and given a brief introduction without any recommendations. We experienced a long wait for our first round of food and several items were missing. Our food took longer to arrive compared to other tables. The quality of the food was excellent, but the service was very poor.

Quite possibly the worst customer service we have had in years. Servers with absolutely no people skills and managers completely inept at running the place.

Went there to celebrate friend’s bday. It’s a Friday filled up with people. Food didn’t wait for long but the floor were slippery and scary... wearing winter boot doesn’t help. Kids fell and crying ... need to grab the wall to walk.. it’s so crazy....Heard a lady said they walk on ice at the side walk but this was more dangerous to walk around... washroom floor and anywhere we walk we need to do penguin walk... Sad.....

The food is good, but rather pricey given the fact that you cook everything yourself. Service was unsatisfactory. You have to fill out a sheet with exactly what you want, but they gave us only part of our order, and we had to remind them...several times before we finally got what we asked for.
