Pizza Haven -  Nepean,

WARNING: SCAM ALERT! Something has drastically changed at Willy's Pizza, and it seems intentional. We were charged $96, $88, and $106 for two pizzas each, despite asking for the two three-topping large pizza deal for $50 plus taxes. When we tried to address the issue, we were met with abusive treatment. It's a disappointing turn of events, as Willy's used to be the best pizza in Barrhaven and a top choice in Ottawa. We have been loyal customers for three years, but recent experiences have left us feeling cheated and concerned for others. The pizzas we received were also burnt, adding to our disappointment. We suspect new management or employees may be to blame. The staff's hostile response only added to our frustration. We plan to share recordings of our calls and Ring Doorbell footage on YouTube soon. It's a shame to see such a decline in quality and service at Willy's. We will miss the delicious pizzas we once enjoyed.

There have been some changes here. We used to really enjoy the pizza at this restaurant, but on our last visit, about 2 weeks ago, the crust was hard and dry and there seemed to be less cheese than usual. Are they under new management or perhaps cutting corners?

I ordered from this restaurant several years ago, and it has since become my family's favorite. My wife and kids absolutely love it, and whenever my mom comes to visit, she always requests Willy's pizza! The staff is very accommodating, and the taste is consistently delicious. Keep up the excellent work!

Food was 30 min late. Pizza was cold, you guys missed my order notes about putting the gravy in a separate container and the poutine was cold and soggy. Drink was warm and you forgot the garlic dipping sauce! Horrible first impression..

If you're looking for great pizza, this is the location to call. Friendly service on the phone and delivery, I won't order from another location in Barrhaven. Thank you chef!
