Bidrage med feedbackIf I could give them a zero I would. I took my cheeseburger back to have the cheese melted in the microwave for 10 seconds. The young man came back with no cheeseburger. I asked him where my cheeseburger was and he stated that the guy in the back was going to remake it. I told him I did not want it remade I just wanted it put in the microwave because my French fries were getting cold. I watch the guy making four burgers I guess for the drive thru. I again asked now the young lady where was my burger? I'm going to drop you fresh fries she stated. I told her I did not want fresh fries because that would take 3 minutes and I wanted to go sit with my husband and eat lunch before he was done eating. I stated to the young lady that it only took 7 Seconds to make a burger.....where was my burger?After approximately two minutes, my cheeseburger was back in my hands. I went to eat it, and the quality of the meat was terrible AND there were NO ONIONS on it AFTER ALL of that aggravation!! I asked for a refund, the young lady would say EVERY time I tried to tell her what was wrong NO PROBLEM... repeatedly. The So called Manager came out and stood by the register NEVER saying a word to me. I stated to the SO CALLED MGR. that he didn't even make the burger right after all of that, again The young lady said no problem. The manager did nothing, ask nothing, said nothing but stood there and looked at me like I was from Mars. I will never ever ever go to another Hardee's as long as I live. There was no one else waiting on food but us two and the drive thru. Service was terrible. The young man that was there with dark hair was nice, NOT the one making the burgers but the one delivering them to the tables, so kudos to him. I did advise to the manager that the young man making the burgers needed some Direction and again, she never said a word. Oct. 28th, 2pm. I left hungry! Also, the coupons say a double cheeseburger, what that REALLY means is there is NO lettuce or tomato on that sandwich. Very disappointing!! Desperate training needed in most areas.
